Former academic researcher and anthropologist turned industry research expert.
Most recently, I was a Senior UX Researcher at Sprout Social, leading customer and brand research initiatives across our brand and marketing organization.
Previously, I founded a research consulting agency, Spark Research Collective, with two anthropologists, leading all business operations, growth initiatives and client outreach while also planning and conducting market and UX research to deliver strategic recommendations and insights to support clients’ business needs.
